The Self Propelled Tub Slide Shower Chair works exactly the same as the Original Tub Slide Shower Chair.  The only difference is that the Self Propelled Tub Slide Shower Chair can be used independently by anyone who has complete use of their upper body.

There are removable drive wheels, located on each side by the armrests, which are used to propel the chair.  Either wheel can easily be removed by pressing a quick release button on the center of the wheel.

These drive wheels are only removed when you are ready to attach the outrigger and slide over the tub.  After showering, simply slide out of the tub, remove the outrigger & reattach the drive wheel, and off you go.
